Tooele Midwifery offers full-spectrum holistic care for your child-bearing years.
BIRTH PACKAGE
$6,200.00
Pregnancy, labor, birth and postpartum care provided in a community setting. You receive evidence-based and individualized care from a competent birth team who prioritizes your safety, preferences and autonomy to make medical decision. Birth package begins as early as first trimester and may exclude certain testing or procedures. A travel fee of $400 may be applied for clients outside of Tooele or Salt Lake County.
FERTILITY

Conception or contraceptive appointment based on your individual family planning needs. Cost of labs not included.
PRENATAL OR POSTPARTUM VISIT
$225.00
Individual prenatal or postpartum appointment for those not having a birth with Tooele Midwifery. Cost of labs and procedures not included.
LACTATION
$75.00
Lactation visit to assist with nursing difficulties and offer recommendations to support your feeding journey.
IUD REMOVAL
$85.00
IUD removal following negative pregnancy test in-office.
WELL-BODY CARE
$125.00
May include physical, pelvimetry, breast exam, nutrition and overall reproductive health options. Cost of labs not included.
PLACENTA ENCAPSULATION
